It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. How will Essential comply with the GDPR regulations? On clients first visit we will give you two forms. The first form will be your consultation form for treatment and a second to explain the clients data protection inline with GDPR. On this form it will explain where we hold your data, how long the data is held for, opt in or out to use your contact information for marketing purposes relating to JS Skin and Laser Specialist, opt in or out of having before and after pictures taken then potentially used on marketing material such as websites, social media, brochures ect, it will state who sees your information and that we hold information soley for treatment and consultation reasons, we will also make you aware of your personal data rights.

50% Deposits are required and are nonrefundable.
50% of the treatment price will be redeemed if cancelled 48 hours in advance.
100% of the treatment price will be redeemed if cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Welcome to JS Skin, Microblading and Wellbeing Clinic (also known as JS Skin and Laser) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website and services, including booking and receiving treatments at our clinics. By using our website and/or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
1.1 By using our website or booking a treatment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent for treatments if under 18. 1.2 We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. 1.3 All content on our website, including text, images, and pricing, is subject to change without notice. 1.4 We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Results
2.1 We strive to provide the best advice based on our expertise; however, results may vary between individuals. 2.2 We do not guarantee specific outcomes as treatment efficacy depends on various factors, including skin type, medical history, and aftercare compliance. 2.3 Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results. 2.4 Adverse reactions, although rare, can occur. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
3. Treatment Consent & Risks
3.1 By booking and undergoing treatment, you acknowledge and accept that all procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, scarring, pigmentation changes, or allergic reactions. 3.2 We will conduct a consultation before treatment; however, the decision to proceed with any treatment is at your own risk. 3.3 It is your responsibility to follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our clinic. 3.4 If you experience any unexpected side effects, you should seek medical advice immediately and inform our clinic.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person at our clinics. 4.2 A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your total treatment cost. 4.3 We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit. 4.4 No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. 4.5 Refunds will not be issued. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. 5.2 Payment is required in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. 5.3 We accept cash and card as a payment method. 5.4 Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
6. Liability & Limitation of Responsibility
6.1 We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from treatment unless caused by our negligence. 6.2 You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. 6.3 Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
