I have taught courses from beginner to expert-level qualifications throughout the UK and have had the privilege of working alongside some of the country's leading dermatologists. Nutritionists and Wellbeing experts.

01.Microneedling

04.Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal uses targeted light energy to damage hair follicles and progressively reduce unwanted hair growth. A course of treatments is usually recommended, as hair grows in different cycles. Suitability and expected results will be discussed during your consultation.

Dermalux LED Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses clinically studied wavelengths of light to support the skin's natural processes. Different light wavelengths may help improve the appearance of acne, redness, inflammation and signs of ageing, while supporting skin recovery and overall skin health. This relaxing treatment can be enjoyed individually or incorporated into a personalised skin treatment programme.

08.Plasma Pen | Skin Tightening and Resurfacing
Plasma Pen treatments use controlled plasma energy to create small, targeted areas of superficial skin injury, stimulating the skin's natural healing response. Depending on suitability, this treatment may help improve the appearance of fine lines, certain scars, uneven skin texture and mild skin laxity, including around the eyelids. Plasma treatments can involve visible healing, crusting and downtime, and may carry a very small risk of pigmentation changes or scarring which will be discussed.
09.Skin Lesion Removal | Cryopen and Plasma Pen
We offer treatment for selected benign skin lesions using CryoPen cryotherapy or Plasma Pen technology, depending on the type, size and location of the lesion. Suitable lesions may include skin tags, milia, cherry angiomas and certain seborrhoeic keratoses. CryoPen uses controlled freezing technology, while Plasma Pen uses targeted energy to treat selected superficial lesions. All lesions must be appropriately assessed before treatment.

Brow waxing helps shape and define your eyebrows, while lash lifting enhances the natural curl of your lashes. Tinting can add depth and definition, creating the appearance of fuller, darker lashes. 12.HIFU | High Intensity Focused Ultrasound
Non-surgical skin tightening and rejuvenation. HIFU uses focused ultrasound energy to target specific depths beneath the skin, stimulating a natural tissue response and supporting collagen remodelling. This treatment may help improve the appearance of mild skin laxity, facial contours, fine lines and skin firmness, particularly around the lower face, jawline and neck. Results develop gradually and vary between individuals. HIFU is not a replacement for surgical lifting procedures.

Understand your health from the inside out. Our wellbeing blood testing service offers access to selected health and hormone tests through providers such as Hertility and Medichecks. Depending on the test selected, blood analysis may provide insights into hormone levels, nutritional deficiencies and other markers of general health and wellbeing. Results are accompanied by the relevant provider's report, with further guidance and support available to help you understand your results.
